About Us
Mission Statement: Empowering youth and adults through engaging, collaborative, hands-on workshops that foster self-discovery, skill building, and personal growth. At WCS, we believe in equipping the next generation with the mindset and tools they need to succeed in an ever-changing world.
Founding Story: WCS was born out of the understanding that by instilling confidence and self-belief within ourselves, a flame is ignited that supports the pursuit of ongoing education and growth. Our founder, Lenise Dazzel-Harris, recognized the power of combining the cultivation of personal development with education as a catalyst for personal and community transformation.

Focus Switch: Online Dropshipping
This program introduces students to the world of e-commerce and dropshipping, providing practical insights and strategies for running an online business. Through hands-on engaging workshops, we demystify entrepreneurship helping participants create a business in real time and gain a deep understanding of the digital marketplace.

Focus Switch: Creative Entrepreneurship
Our Creative Entrepreneurship program is a hands-on experience where students choose a creative project, create a budget, and receive an angel investment to bring their business to life. They culminate their journey by showcasing and selling their products in a community popup shop.

Trade Preparation for OSHA Certification
WCS's Trade Preparation program offers an immersive 20 week curriculum that focuses exclusively on obtaining the OSHA certification. Students receive 40 hours of comprehensive training, equipping them with a valuable certification for diverse career opportunities in construction, safety, plumbing, electrical work and more.

Glow Up Series: Self L.O.V.E.
Our Self L.O.V.E workshops is a transformative experience helping young girls glow up from the inside out through Self Listening, Observing, Validating, and Empowering. This program provides an internal education, empowering students to make decisions aligned with their values,practice effective communication, and become change agents for peace. Through interactive workshops, participants embark on a journey of self development.
